Refund policy

SmileLumi (operated by ABYOU LLC) offers a 30-day trial on the 3-in-1 oral care kit. If the kit is not right for you, send it back for a full refund of the product price, as set out below.

30-day trial

You have 30 days from the delivery date to try the kit at home. If you are not satisfied, email contact@smilelumi.com with your order number and ask to return it. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send the kit.

How to return

  1. Write to contact@smilelumi.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return (a short note is enough).
  2. We reply within one business day (Monday–Friday) with return instructions.
  3. Pack the handle, dock, extra heads, and any unused accessories. Used heads are accepted under the trial — you do not need to return the kit unused.
  4. Ship the parcel with a tracking number and keep the receipt until the refund lands.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, we inspect it (usually 3–7 business days) and refund the product price to the original payment method. Bank and card networks often take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Original outbound shipping on the kit is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund on a standard trial return. Return shipping to us is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong color or pack.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If the kit arrives damaged, does not work, or is the wrong color or pack, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you. In those cases you should not have to pay return shipping; we will say so in our reply.

What we cannot refund

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery (unless the product is defective — contact us anyway).
  • Kits returned incomplete when parts are missing without explanation (handle missing, for example).
  • Gift cards, if we ever offer them.

Exchanges

To swap color (Black, White, or Pink) instead of a refund, say so in your email. If stock allows, we will ship the new color after we receive the return, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
