This Shipping policy applies to SmileLumi orders placed on this store, operated by ABYOU LLC.

Free shipping

Shipping on the SmileLumi 3-in-1 oral care kit is free to addresses in Australia (all states and territories). If we ever sell add-on items with a shipping charge, that charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

We process orders within 24 hours on business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery times

• Australia: typically 3–5 business days after the order ships.
• Outside Australia: this store is set up for Australian addresses. If checkout ever allows another country, transit is usually longer (often 7–21 business days). Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can be delayed by weather, peak season, or incorrect addresses.

Tracking

When the kit ships, we send a tracking link to the email on the order. Use that link (or our contact form) if a scan looks stuck.

Address

You are responsible for a complete, deliverable shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it before the parcel is in the carrier’s network, email contact@smilelumi.com immediately with your order number. After handover to the carrier, changes may not be possible or may incur a fee we will quote first.

Failed delivery, lost, or refused parcels

If the carrier marks the parcel delivered and you do not have it, wait until the end of the delivery day, check with neighbours and the building office, then email us with the tracking number. We will open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.

If you refuse delivery without a defect or shipping error, return shipping and any carrier fees may be deducted from a refund.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging. The kit box is inside.
